Agreed, a fine story. And while the cover may be the most over-the-top example of those from the Eastman era, boob missles indeed, I liked the Gallery for the cover model Stacy E. Walker in this issue, and some other bits in this issue, like "The Water", soft-porny though they are.

I LOVE this story, i lost the magazine, i have spent YEARS looking for it, you can probably search and find my posts on forums and reddit. Jan 98 makes sense, i got back from a year in Bosnia with the us army new year's eve 98, so i would've hit the book store and bought this issue.... now i need to find it on ebay...
